Our Past
Dr. Jeffrey S. Smale has earned his Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in:
Pastoral Science and Theology.
He pastored the Victory Baptist Temple in Elyria, Ohio for 19 years.
They started with 35 and had a high day of 1509 during his pastorate.
Many thousands have been saved and baptized as a result of their ministry.
The Smales have been married since 1979 and have 8 children with 2 in Heaven.
Their first child, Hannah, was born with Down Syndrome. As a result, they have been instrumental in establishing special needs ministries in churches throughout America.
Both Dr. and Mrs. Smale are authors and have been greatly used as conference speakers.
